Case study

An automated store: ₩1.09M margin in one 13-day sale.

In February 2025 our founder opened a new Qoo10 Japan store and let the Auto-Listing Engine run it. No detail pages, no manual sourcing. The only human work was handling orders.

507products listed on day one, in under 30 minutes
123orders during a 13-day mega sale
¥490Ksales in that mega sale
23%margin after VAT refund

Slow start, then the mega sale.

The first months were quiet. During Qoo10's Mega Wari sale (May 31 to Jun 12), the store earned more than double its previous four months combined, and the listings that sold kept ranking afterwards.

What we learned

Volume works. Pages would work better.

Listing volume sells

Even plain listings with one image sell on Qoo10 Japan when the products are proven elsewhere.

Pages move the needle

In an earlier store, one product with a carefully made detail page stayed in the top 2 of more than 1,000 listings for months.

So we automate pages

That is why Detail Page Studio exists: to give every listing a real page, without the hours.
